We currently ship orders to the United States and select international destinations. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability.

Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

    Orders are not shipped or delivered on federal holidays.

    You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Pre-Orders


Pre-order items will ship once the product is in hand and available for dispatch. By purchasing a pre-order, you agree to pay any applicable shipping fees when the item arrives and is ready to ship. You will be notified via email when your pre-order is available, along with instructions for completing payment of shipping costs.

Shipping Rates


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be applied automatically.

Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages


Yazawa Shoppe is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in any way we can.
