No Refunds or Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or order cancellations for any reason.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded. By purchasing a pre-order, you understand that the item will ship once it is in hand and any applicable shipping fees have been paid.
Customer Communication and Order Fulfillment
It is your responsibility to respond to any communication from Yazawa Shoppe regarding your order, including payment of shipping fees for pre-orders or clarifications needed to complete your purchase.
If you fail to respond to our attempts to contact you about any order (pre-order or in-stock) within 30 days, you forfeit your right to the items. In this case, Yazawa Shoppe reserves the right to cancel and resell the merchandise without issuing a refund or credit.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
